Terms of Service

Probe is operated by Cotaq Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202101025540). These terms govern access to and use of Probe by operators, vendors and third-party inspectors. By using the platform you agree to them.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity under your account. Invitations are scoped to the organization and project that issued them; access ends when that organization removes you.

Acceptable use

The platform is for legitimate inspection, non-conformance and material-coordination work. You may not use it to submit false inspection data, circumvent access controls, or interfere with another organization's use of the platform.

Data ownership

Your organization retains ownership of the inspection and project data it submits. We process it to operate the platform on your behalf and do not use it for purposes outside that.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and will give notice of planned maintenance where practical, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

Probe adjudicates inspection outcomes against acceptance criteria you configure. Responsibility for the correctness of those criteria, and for decisions made on the basis of a recorded outcome, remains with your organization.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and notify account administrators of material changes.
