Probe is operated by Cotaq Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202101025540) ("we", "us"). This policy describes how we collect, use and protect information when operators, vendors and inspectors use the platform.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, employer), inspection and project data entered or uploaded through the platform, and usage data such as sign-in times and actions taken on a record.

How we use it

To operate the inspection workflow, maintain the audit trail, authenticate accounts, and communicate service-related notices. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Access follows the roles and project scope your organization assigns you. Data is not shared across operators or vendors except where the workflow itself requires it — for example, a vendor's inspection report becomes visible to the operator that requested it.

Retention

Inspection records are retained for as long as your organization's account is active, and for a further period afterward to meet regulatory and audit obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our record-keeping obligations, by contacting privacy@probeaim.com.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes and, where the change is material, notify account administrators directly.
